  • Notion account information (workspace name, username, email address, profile image URL)
  • Notion OAuth access token
  • Subscription information (plan type, billing status)
  • Usage data (such as number of saves)
  • Inquiry content

2. Purpose of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provision and operation of the Service
  • Saving data to Notion
  • User authentication and account management
  • Subscription management and usage tracking
  • User support
  • Service improvement
  • Sending important notifications

3. Third-Party Service Integration

The Service integrates with the following third-party services. Only the minimum data necessary for authentication and functionality is transmitted to each service.

  • Notion API: User authentication, content saving to databases, workspace search
  • Stripe: Subscription payment processing (card information is managed directly by Stripe; we do not store it)
  • Supabase: Database management for user account and subscription information

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.

5. Data Storage

Regarding the storage of collected data:

  • User account information and subscription information are stored in Supabase (cloud database)
  • Notion OAuth access tokens are securely stored in the macOS Keychain on the desktop app
  • Content that users save to Notion (notes, highlights, images, etc.) is sent directly to Notion and is not stored on our servers
  • Data may be stored on servers located outside of Japan

6. Deletion of User Data

Users can delete their data or disconnect integrations through the following methods:

  • You can disconnect the Notion integration from the app settings
  • Upon disconnection, the access token will be invalidated
  • To request account deletion, please contact us at hello@notionlauncher.app
  • We will process data deletion requests within 30 days

7. Security

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure its secure management.

8. Use of Cookies

Our website may use cookies to improve the user experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly. The desktop app does not use cookies.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as necessary. If significant changes are made, we will notify users through the Service or our website.
